Insurance & Payment Policy

Untangled Thoughts LLC bills one primary insurance per patient. We do not bill secondary or tertiary insurance, even if they are in-network.

 

Patients are responsible for ensuring their insurance information is complete and accurate at intake. Any balances not covered by your primary insurance — including co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered services — are the patient’s responsibility, as outlined in our Financial Responsibility Agreement.
