ICEBREAKER: Favorite Food and Feelings: Share favorite food and describe how eating it makes your feel—both physically and emotionally.
OBJECTIVE: Understand the impact of different foods on mind, body, and spirit. Reflect on personal eating habits and their effects. Explore and articulate how diet influences overall well-being. Create a visual representation of their relationship with food and its effects.
DISCUSS: How does your favorite food make you feel mentally and emotionally? Can you think of a time when eating a certain food affected your mood or energy levels? How do you feel about foods that are considered “unhealthy”? Do they affect you differently than foods you consider “healthy”?
