ICEBREAKER: "Thought Cloud"
Write down a random thought they have at that moment on a small sticky note.
They do not need to filter or analyze—just write whatever comes to mind.
Crumple the note and toss it into the center of the group.
One at a time, pick a note (not their own) and read it aloud.
