Emotional Wellbeing relates to understanding your own feelings and expressing your emotions in a constructive way. It is also the ability to manage stress and cope with emotional challenges in life.

  • Do I have healthy and effective strategies to reduce or manage stress in my life?

  • Am I able to identify my priorities and juggle family, work, friends, leisure time and other obligations?


FOSTER YOUR EMOTIONAL WELLBEING

  • Practice optimism using mindfulness

  • Spend time with friends and family

  • Participate in self-esteem workshops or support groups

  • Read a self-help book that interests you

  • Learn stress management techniques

  • Reward yourself for accomplishing your goals

  • Smile at least 10 times daily

  • Develop and maintain intimate and loving relationships
